Nehemiah Father’s Project is Oklahoma’s program for fathers with a mission to end father absence. And why does fatherhood matter? Underlying many of society’s most pressing challenges today is the lack of involvement by fathers in their children lives.
We believe every child deserves a 24/7 DAD. Research found that father-child contact was associated with better socio-emotional and academic functioning. We use evidence-based, evidence-informed resources and programming designed specifically for fathers in the community.
